Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any questions or concerns with your purchase.

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours after purchase. We don't accept cancellations after your order has shipped.

Shipping

We process all orders within 1-3 business days after your purchase.

Shipping times for the United States: 2-8 Days

We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible; however, once your order has shipped and handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer in our hands. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. But if you have questions about your order, you can always contact us at hello@roselightenchantments.com

Sticker Information

All of our stickers are weatherproof and dishwasher safe.

They are made of thick, durable, and scratch-resistant vinyl with a protective laminate.

Wax Melt Information

All of our wax melts contain 100% Natural Soy Wax.

We use premium phthalate-free fragrances, flower petals, non-toxic dye, and biodegradable glitter.

Wax Melt Warnings & Safety

*Keep melts out of reach of children and animals
*Keep away from drafts and flammable objects
*Do not leave warmer/burner unattended
*Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
*Do not add water to the melts
*Do not eat the wax melts
*Liquid wax will be HOT! Don’t burn yourself
*Always follow the instructions of your wax warmer/burner.

 

Care Instructions:

-Break off 1-3 cubes depending on your preferred strength, add them to a melt-approved warmer/burner, never add water.
-Place warmer/burner in a stable position away from drafts and flammable objects.
-You can reuse wax melts until the scent fades. Once faded, soak up wax residue and place a new melt.
-Keep any unused wax melts in a cool, dark place.

Cleaning Suggestions:

*Always follow wax warmer/burner instructions.
*Do not use chemicals to clean your warmer.
*Liquid wax will be HOT! Don’t burn yourself

-After turning off warmer, use cotton balls to soak up the liquid wax, throw away after use.
or
-Place wax melts in silicone liners. Once wax has hardened after use, reuse or pop out the wax and throw away.

Incorrect Shipping Address: 

If your order has not shipped yet, contact us using our form or by email: hello@roselightenchantments.com. Send us your order number and correct shipping address.

If your order has shipped, we are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable addresses that were provided by the customer.

Please double check your cart and shipping information when ordering. All cancellations must be made within 12 hours.
